RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Our print-on-demand products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we can only accept returns or exchanges for defective or incorrectly produced items.
Return Window
You have 30 days from receiving your order to report any issues with your products.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns ONLY for:
- Defective products (printing errors, damaged during production)
- Incorrect items (wrong size, wrong design, wrong color)
- Items damaged during shipping
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that are not defective
- Items returned due to customer preference or change of mind
- Products that have been worn, washed, or altered
Return Process
1. Contact us at hello@penitent.shop within 30 days of receiving your order
2. Provide photos of the defective or incorrect item
3. We will evaluate your case and provide instructions
4. If approved, you will receive a return shipping label or refund
Return Shipping
For defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping costs
For other returns (if exceptionally approved): Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
